That I am the Appellant in the accompanying appeal filed under Rule 22(3)(4) of The Delhi Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizen Rules, 2009 as amended to date seeking setting aside of the order dated 23.03.2023 passed by the Ld. District Magistrate, New Delhi District, in the case bearing no. 1/98/2021  titled “'Raj Juneja Versus Ashish Juneja and Ors.” and I am fully conversant with the facts thereof and competent to swear the present affidavit.
