MOST RESPECTFULLY SHOWETH:

1. That the above-mentioned case is pending adjudication before this Hon’ble Court and is now  fixed for hearing on 13.02.2023.

2. That the Applicant had moved an a Complaint against the Accused for Publishing or Transmitting of material containing sexually explicit acts.

3. That the application filed by the Complainant on 11.10.2022 was heard and an order for further hearing on the application was given on 22.12.2022 and the next date of hearing is fixed on 13.02.2023.

4. That, the Complainant seeks to withdraw the Complaint case on the grounds as elaborated in the withdrawal application.

5. That if the present application is not allowed then the Complainant will have to suffer irreparable loss and injury which cannot be compensated by any means whatsoever.

P R A Y E R

In view of the facts and circumstances mentioned above it is prayed that this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to

1. List the matter earlier for hearing for proper adjudication of the case, in the interest of justice.

2. Pass any order this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper, in favour of the Complainant.
